American Carbon Registry Technical Standard 2009 v1.0

American Carbon Registry Technical Standard 2009 v1.0 details eligibility requirements for registration of project-based carbon offsets.  This standard has been superseded by the American Carbon Registry Standard version 2.0, however Project Proponents currently developing projects under the Technical Standard 2009 v1.0 may continue to use that standard provided the projects are registered by May 1, 2010.
